Processing Time: UP TO 4 TO 8 WEEKS PROCESSING TIME (estimation time!) - please note that every mug is molded and painted by us and each process takes time. We will try to show and update you of all the steps that your mug is coming through. We don't speed up any customisition by any matter,. If by chance your custom order takes more than 12 weeks,  we will consider a proper refund. 

Imperfections: Each mug is handmade and made individually, these pieces are one of one and each have their own unique aesthetic imperfections. Custom handmade ceramics go through many fragile stages and vigorous firing process which can result in small aesthetic differences and imperfections.

Terms & Conditions: Custom items are non-refundable. Please ensure you are happy with the information you have provided prior to checking out as we will use the information left in this form to make your order. We are not responsible for any errors made using the forms. There is a 48 hour cancellation allowance for any emergancy changes.

Our colours can vary due to different situations, we can not guarantee your order will be exactly as represented online.

Our custom models are made individually and by hand, we do not use moulds for our models as we are replicating the images and descriptions you have provided. if you have not provided descriptions and images we will assume you are happy for us to make your order with our own creative imagination. We are not responsible to chase for extra information and not responsible for any vague customisation requests.
